The number of injections and amount of Botox used are determined by the area being treated, the condition of the skin, and the desired results of the patient.
TREATMENT SCHEDULE
It will take approximately three days for the Botox to begin working. It will take about 14 days for you to notice the full effects of the Botox. Botox usually lasts 3 to 5 months, and you will need to repeat the treatment as needed to maintain the desired effect. Botox will generally last longer if the treatment is done on a regular basis.
AFTERCARE
Following Botox injections, it is critical that you follow the Botox aftercare instruction we provide you in order to ensure the treatment's efficacy.
Please do not lie down for the first four hours after receiving the injections.
Please refrain from using hot water in the affected area for the first 24 hours.
For the first 24 hours, avoid excessive sweating, saunas, and exercise.
For 24 hours, stay out of direct sunlight.
Massages in the treated area should be avoided for the first 14 days.
Botox can cause a mild headache, very small bumps in the injected area, and some minor bruising. In most cases, these side effects will go away after a few days.
RESULT
Botox injections usually start working one to three days after being injected. The effect may last three months or longer, depending on the problem being treated. You'll need to get follow-up injections on a regular basis to keep the effect going.
